About My Journey
I’ve always been a craft motivated individual. From stickers and bead kits to clay and painting, anything I could create with my hands captured my fascination and brought me joy. Over a decade ago, my journey into fiber arts began when I picked up knitting as a hobby. I have the fondest memories of the knitting my grandmothers did for us kids—blankets, mittens, doll clothes—you name it. Their craftsmanship and creativity inspired me to explore the world of fiber arts.
What began as a simple interest in knitting quickly grew into a passion for spinning, needle felting, weaving and creating unique fiber blends. I found immense joy in transforming raw fibers into beautiful, handcrafted pieces. After years of honing my skills, I’m excited to launch Evening Spin Fiber Arts, the culmination of my love for fiber arts and my desire to share my handmade creations with others.
